Q: Where do I arrive to ski, where are you located?
A: We are just off of I-94 outside of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Please Email us for exact directions. 

Q: Can you explain the costs?
A: $50 a set (6-8 passes). We will analyze every aspect of your skiing and explain techniques that will guarantee improvement during your very first lesson.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Your ski, gloves, vest, handle, and a smile. If you don't have these, they will be provided.

Q: What if I have to cancel at the last minute?
A: Please call as soon as you know if you can't make it and we will reschedule.
There is no cancellation fee.

Q: How can I pay? Do I pay in full before I arrive? How does that work?
A: You pay AFTER the lesson. If you are not completely satisfied, the lesson is on us.

Q: What if the weather is very bad that day?
A: We will work together to reschedule for a better day. Fortunately our private lake is extremely wind protected so the only reason the lesson would need to be rescheduled would be if it is raining or lightning.

Q: Are there age or any other restrictions?
A: No. We have skiers from 2 years old to 80 years old as well as many disabled skiers.

Q: Can I bring someone who just wants to watch and take photographs?
A: Yes. Bring as many people as you want.

Q: What times are best to ski?
A: We work around YOUR schedule to find the best day and time for you. Email us

Q: Do we bring lunch or is it provided?
A: Lunch is provided for clinics only (group instruction). Please bring lunch or snacks, plus drinks, for individual lessons.

Q: Is there a discount on a certain number of lessons purchased at once?
A: Yes. We have a ìFrequent Skierî discount that is given to skiers who ski with us at least once a week. Contact us for details.
